Echo Lake Apartments is situated on Echo Lake in Shoreline, WA. The property consists of two buildings totaling 285 units. After purchasing the property, the ownership group brought WestCorp in to complete an entire interior and exterior renovation of the existing amenity space and leasing offices. WestCorp teamed up with the property owner’s design team to renovate 4,500 sf for their tenant base. The work included turning the existing maintenance shop into a full-size modern gym, redesigning the great room, creating an automated packaging system for the residents and creating chic new office space for their leasing staff. WestCorp delivered the property owners a beautifully constructed, world-class amenities space to attract tenants from near and far.
