The Life Stance TI took place in the Key Bank Building in downtown Bellevue. The new tenant was taking over a 9,500 sf penthouse suite encompassing the entire top floor of the building. Taking on a project of this size in a fully occupied building can provide many challenges. WestCorp worked tirelessly with the building property management team to keep them and all the building occupants up to date on every phase of this project. Most of the work took place after business hours so WestCorp’s crew could take control of the elevators and parking garage to move large volumes of materials in and out of the building. During these many months, our crews worked expertly leaving no sign of activity for the building occupants during the next day of business. In the end the tenant was left with a beautiful new office space with one of the most magnificent views in Bellevue.
