DESCRIPTION

The Goodwin Building was originally built in 2008 as Volta in the Belltown District of Seattle. The building is comprised of 36 multifamily units, much of them with jaw-dropping views of Elliott Bay and the Space Needle. The building operated as an apartment building until 2019 when the owner planned to complete an entire condo conversion of the property. WestCorp, with the help of the building owners’ design firm, was able to give the whole building a very elegant and modern facelift.
The entry of the building was transformed entirely with newly polished concrete floors, millwork, lighting and finished with a chic suede tufted bench. The original leasing offices were turned into amenity spaces for the future residents of the newly branded condo building. The rooftop space was redesigned with new firepits, lighting, and landscaping, providing breathtaking views of the city, Space Needle, and the newly designed Seattle waterfront. All 36 units underwent extensive interior renovations to compete with the most luxurious downtown condo projects.
