DESCRIPTION

The Birch Tree Academy is the third children’s preschool WestCorp’s team has built for the owner. This was the largest space at just over 12,000 square feet and boasted as the perfect location for their newest school in downtown Bothell. The area was a part of a new multifamily development project that was in the process of being constructed when our crews stepped on-site. WestCorp teamed up with the general contractor of the building to meet the new tenant’s timely delivery date and adding another wonderful academy to their portfolio.
