Monohon Condominiums is a 4-story, 47-unit multifamily property located just outside of Issaquah, WA. This eye-catching lodge-style condominium building was brought to WestCorp by members of the HOA who were looking for an experienced general contractor to help them with a list of extensive exterior repairs and complete exterior paint of the property. WestCorp’s team worked hand in hand with the HOA to complete all the repairs to the building envelope and address critical areas to prevent further damage down the road. Once all the repairs were complete, our crews followed up with a full exterior paint of the entire property, bringing new life to this already well-designed structure.
