Avenue Properties was a high-end residential real estate brokerage wanting to put down roots in downtown Bellevue. Since completing the project, the company was purchased by Compass, and they continue to operate out of the original space. WestCorp’s team was specifically requested by the building owner as their general contractor of choice. The tenant was taking over 6,500 sf of highly sought-after Bellevue office space. WestCorp worked diligently with the building owner’s architect and the tenant’s design team to create a very elegant space for their clients and broker to enjoy.
