DESCRIPTION

Valtera Townhomes is an affordable multifamily housing complex in West Seattle with 22 duplex buildings. The property was originally developed in 2014. Following litigation brought on by the HOA against the original builder, WestCorp was brought in to repair major waterproofing flaws in the buildings design.
WestCorp’s team helped guide the HOA through the construction process with their building consultants, insurance adjusters, and attorneys as regular attendants of our weekly construction meetings.
